ABSTRACT SPACE DESIGNING

Abstract designing is an un-figurative depiction of Art that contains different forms, shapes, drawings, spaces, etc. The main purpose of Abstract Art is creating different altercations in a viewer's imagination that combines their emotional and personal experience within Art.

PROJECT

In this Project, I designed a functional abstract space that serves for students in a University campus, to relax, study, and spend time. The initial purpose of this project was to connect dots, lines and volumes together to elaborate the basic evolution of a space. Dots create lines, which creates volume, thus, resulting off in an entire space. The hand-made cardboard model engages 2D and 3D meet-points that are all connected to each other, resulting in a solid base.

Refugee Camp Temporary Containers for Living

PROJECT

This project is consisted of six container blocks that contain three temporary housing for refugees. The containers are overlapped in reflex angles to form a 2 storey-housing system to fit a family of four. The ground floor consists of a middle entrance that has direct access to other function areas such as the kitchen, stairs & the living area. The stairs leading to the second storey is also placed in the center of the container leading to the bathroom, bedroom & the closet area. Each block contains a private "garden" with seating units. Most functions are available in this temporary housing to serve basic needs of any human.

Local Furniture store (Display Showroom)

This is a Display showroom of a local furniture store that is located in Urfa, Turkey. The Furniture is custom-made by them. In this project, Furniture and displays are placed in a specific arrangement to give customers an insight of a home-like experience while walking around the store.

Master and Guest Bathroom Design

This is a luxury design complexed of Marble, Ceramic and wood. The master bathroom contains a shower tub and a jacuzzi with multiple lighting options regarding warmness and brightness of the atmosphere favored by the usage of the customers. The Guest bathroom contained two sinks to comply with heights for Adults and children.

Heart of the Home

The kitchen is where all the ingredients are put together. A little touch of aestheticism completes the recipe!

Bigger spaces mean more storage, thus this kitchen is intended to serve both aesthetics and functionality. It contains hinged, sliding, long, and broad cabinet doors. It is divided into multiple functional spaces that serve various purposes. It has a long bar in the middle for hidden storage, a sink, a stove , a hidden hood, and a bar dining table that seats 4-5 people.

Sliding Cabinets, on the other hand, are used to provide additional working area and storage. Additionally. To meet the Customer's desire for a Full Option Kitchen, a full-glass cabinet for storage and a mini bar were fitted into this kitchen.

This house has an open kitchen and living area, and to accommodate the customer's demand for a more private but spacious area, they are separated by a modern glass accordion door. This living area features a chimney, an L-shaped sofa, and a one-of-a-kind TV unit with shelved storage made of wood and marble.

Kids Bedroom

This Bedroom was designed for a 6 year old boy named Behiç. It was constructed of a module that fit all usage areas in one wall due to the small space of the room. The colors used are blue and light grey to fulfill a positive energy as well as make the area feel spacious and bright.
